1Product Introduction:
The KD series diesel engine pump unit is a structurally novel product developed based on repeated research of similar technologies both domestically and internationally. The KD type diesel engine water pump is a horizontal, single-stage, horizontal open type double suction pump. Suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid should not exceed 50 ℃. Water pumps have strong maneuverability and are widely used in various applications such as hot water circulation, process water supply systems, fire protection systems, and urban flood control and drainage. The performance range of KD pump is 50-6000m3/h flow rate and 8-200m head.
1. Transmission mode:
There are direct transmission and variable speed transmission. When ordering, the model of the power machine (power, speed) should be clearly specified in order to determine the specifications of the coupling or pulley.

7Structural reference diagram and working principle:
The inlet liquid enters the center area of the impeller simultaneously, and the high-speed rotating impeller throws the liquid out under the action of centrifugal force, forming a low-pressure area at the center of the impeller. The inlet liquid continuously flows towards the low-pressure area under atmospheric pressure, that is, the circulation process of entering the center of the impeller and being thrown out again. There is a liquid suction and suction pipe connected in the center of the pump casing. The liquid enters the pump through the bottom valve and suction pipe. The liquid discharge port on the pump casing is connected to the discharge pipe. When the pump speed is constant, its pressure head and flow rate are related to the impeller diameter .

9Product features:
1. Automatic start: The diesel water pump unit can automatically start and operate at full load within 5 seconds after receiving a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other start signals;
2. Automatic charging: The battery can be charged automatically by the mains power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start-up of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: It automatically alarms and protects against faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature in diesel engines, and alarms and shuts down when overspeed occurs;
4. Automatic preheating: put the diesel engine in a hot standby state to ensure emergency operation;
5. Direct connection: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the technology of direct connection between diesel engine and water pump through elastic coupling, which reduces the number of fault points and greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;
6. Users can also request to set other alarm outputs (non-standard supply);
